TERMS OF SERVICE EFFECTIVE DATE: December 26, 2020 Mitchell's Merch, LLC. (“We” or “Mitchell's Merch”) is the operator of the website located at www.2020filmz.com (the “Website”). This Agreement governs your use of the Website and your purchase of any products from Mitchell's Merch (the “Products”).

The Website and Products are offered subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”). Return Policy

Mitchell's Merch Return Policy:

1. Contact Mitchell's Merch Support: If you have an issue with your order, contact Mitchell's Merch Support directly within 30 days of product delivery. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with relevant photo or video evidence.

2. Issue Evaluation: Mitchell's Merch Support will investigate the matter to determine if you are eligible refund. Some issues may not qualify for refunding.

3. Mitchell's Merch does not hold inventory or perform printing. The quality of production depends on the  third party entity. By making a purchase you are agreeing that you read and understand these terms and conditions.

4. Conflict Resolution: Users must contact Mitchell's Merch Support for conflict resolution.

   Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you received online items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service

5. Non-refundable Products: Products are unique and made to order, making them non-refundable. Incorrect shipment details or customer errors cannot be held against Mitchell's Merch.

6. Request Changes: Requests for certain order details changes, such as address or delivery method, can be submitted. Mitchell's Merch Support will evaluate and inform you of any additional costs or feasibility.

7. Refunds and Replacements: After investigating the issue, Mitchell's Merch Support will determine if your product is faulty. Reserved Rights

 Mitchell's Merch reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers based on the following factors: a history of excessive returns ("wardrobing"), returns of worn/altered/laundered/damaged/missing items, or potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity for similar reasons. All products are made fresh when you order therefore all sales are considered final and may not be eligible for a refund and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
